45 of 100 Let’s Talk About Worry…Again
Right now I have more on my to do list items than I can get done. That gives me stress. I have commitments I want to meet, but there just isn't enough time to get it all done. It always comes back to worry for me. As my stress and frustration grows, that turns to worry.
I think I'm like a lot of entrepreneurs. We drive ourselves hard - maybe too hard. As I review my list, I know that not all of these have to get done right away. I can't anyway.
I can look through them and delegate a number of them. I have to pray and get myself centered. With a clear head, I can decide which ones really have to get done. Which are the ones that will get me a real positive value versus just keep me busy with little results.
If my God had wanted me to accomplish all of those in one day, he would have made 48 hour days and zero need for sleep.
What I am going to do right now is go for a run. I'm actually taking the day off too. It is Sunday and that's OK.
Note to self: Know your limits. Put an end to all worry. Succeed.
