An article "5 Sure-Fire Signs Your Business Is Ready For Marketing Automation" caught my eye recently. It's written by fellow Infusionsoft certified type Michele Bryant in YFS Magazine - Young, Fabulous and Self-Employed. She captures an issue many business owners face when they've been running their business a while. They sort of hit a rut or a plateau.
When you first start you business, marketing automation may NOT be the best next thing to consider. It's not that it's an overkill. It's that given all the other things you need to get done, it's not what should be your top priority.
Then as time goes by and you get a foundation established, NOT having marketing automation as a tool you can use becomes a BIG disadvantage. You have too much to do and not enough time. So you see yourself falling short in areas of you business you know will be harmful especially because that are so closely tied to revenue generation that's so critical to all businesses.
