How Do You Make Sure Members Can Login After Purchase?
This is becoming a bigger and bigger problem as online course builders face email deliverability issues. Someone purchases a membership or online course program from you and they eager aways getting access to the content they purchased.
Getting the login credentials is critical. Otherwise, the members is stuck. If/when it doesn't arrive, they have a problem and it dampens their experience. It can be caused by a number of issues having nothing to do. We have a customer that does a lot of business with state government employed social works with a ".gov" email address. Any email sent out by any emailing tool is permanently blocked and doesn't get delivered.
