LearnDash Tutorial: Using Certificates with Groups

I was finishing up some work for a long time customer, ProHara, and I wanted to share how I configured their LearnDash certificates. In this scenario, the certificates get awarded when all the courses in a group are completed. This is a little different from how you assign certificates awarded for a single course. I thought it was worth documenting this so you can do it too.
