Hurray!!!  In part 1 of these 3 part series, I provided an overview of the series and an explanation of exactly what Umbrella accounts are designed to address.  You can best appreciate this feature by understand the issues it was designed to address.  In Part 1, of this series, I covers the user interface seen by your users.
